For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.

We collect information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.  The information we collect is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

We do not set any cookies.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the above address.

With respect to Ad Servers.  To try and bring you offers that are of interest to you, we have relationships with other companies that we allow to place ads on our Web pages.  As a result of your visit to our site, ad server companies may collect information such as your domain type, your IP address and clickstream information.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.  If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.  If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

With respect to security:  we always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site.  If you feel that this site is not following its stated information policy, you may contact us at the above email address.

Shipping and Return

Due to the custom nature of our items, orders usually ship within 7-10 working days after the order is placed.  Shipping charges are calculated by our system according to standard USPS and UPS rates and will come up during order processing in the shopping cart.

Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on either your preference or the best method possible for the item in question.  If you require faster service, that option is available as well.

In the event merchandise needs to be exchanged or returned, please request a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number within 7 days of receipt of merchandise by emailing info@samanthagracedesigns.com.  Your email should include your invoice/order number together with a list of the item(s) being returned and the reason for the return.  We will contact you if we have any questions or will email you back with an RMA number.  No returns will be accepted without the RMA number shown on the outside and inside of the package.  We also reserve the right to refuse to give an RMA number for any items that are personalized.

We will issue a full credit on merchandise returned in its original condition if mailed back within 5 days of the date you receive the RMA number.  However, shipping charges are not refundable.

Samantha Grace DesignsTM reserves the right to deem merchandise as unacceptable for return if found to be used, damaged, or mishandled.  Sales are final on merchandise for which no RMA is requested within 7 days of its delivery or if it is not shipped back within 5 days of the date an RMA number is emailed to you.

For your protection, you should send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked such as UPS or USPS.

Samantha Grace DesignsTM accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover card as well as PayPal.  All your information will be kept confidential.  Your card will be charged immediately upon pressing "submit" for your order.
