Personalization Tips

Please follow below guidelines when entering personalization information:

Name/Saying

Type in name exactly as you want it to appear.  If you want the whole name to be lowercase then type it in that way, or all uppercase, or first initial capitalized and the rest lowercase.  Per example:  all lowercase "jordan" - all uppercase "JORDAN" - mixed "Jordan".  We will embroider it exactly as you present it to us.

Letter

Simplest of all our embroidery - only give us one letter.  This can only be done as an UPPERcase letter.  Per example:  you want the first letter of the last name Miller - "M".  You want the first initial of the name Rose - "R".  We will embroider it in an uppercase letter, however you present the letter to us.

Greek Letters

These are available as two OR three letter combinations. Please type it in as the full word and we will embroider it in the greek alphabet letters.  Per example:  type in Zeta Tau Alpha and we will embroider it "ZTA".  For a two letter it is the same principle, type in Kappa Mu and we will embroider "KM.  Please always type in the full words so we can be sure we have the right greek letter.

Monogram

Please read carefully the rules on monograms so that we will not have any confusion.  If monogramming then you will enter in three initials.  Please follow below monogram etiquette for the proper positioning of your letters:

The traditional method of a woman's or girl's three letter monogram is the first letter of the last name will be in the center of the monogram and will be depicted as the larger of the three letters.  The first initial of the woman's or girl's name will be depicted smaller on the left and the middle initial of the woman's or girl's name will be depicted smaller on the right.  Per example:  Sophia Pritchett Hayes will be depicted as "sHp".

When choosing to do a couple's monogram, the first letter of the shared last name will be in the center of the monogram and will be depicted as the larger of the three letters.  Then according to tradition, the man's first initial will be on the left and the woman's first initial will be on the right.  Per example: William and Sophia Hayes will be depicted as "wHs"

For a man's or boy's monogram it is straightforward and simple.  All initials appear in the order that they are in the name and all letters are depicted in the same size.  Per example: William Patrick Hayes will be depicted as "WPH".

It is EXTREMELY important that you follow these guidelines when entering your monogram information.  We will not accept returns on mis-entered personalization information.
